“Works” means the services and labour set out in the quotation.
“Practical Completion” means when the Works are substantially complete and fit for intended use, notwithstanding minor defects (snagging).

Client covers costs.
General waste included, hazardous excluded.
Snagging does not delay completion.
Work may be suspended for non-payment or unsafe conditions.
We may take project photos.
Limited to contract value.
No contract formed.
Good faith resolution first.
